TEMPISTICHE DI EVASIONE DEGLI ORDINI

Le calzature sono di nostra produzione, realizzate da manifattura artigiana napoletana interamente in Vera Pelle.
La produzione delle calzature parte il giorno lavorativo successivo a quello della conferma dell'ordine. Ci occorrono circa 8gg lavorativi (esclusi sabato, domenica ed eventuali giorni festivi), salvo eventi di forza maggiore, quali, ad esempio, scioperi o agitazioni sindacali nella logistica, ritardi nella fornitura dei materiali, problemi tecnici al comparto produttivo et simila.
Eventuali ritardi saranno comunicati al cliente via e-mail o Whatsapp.
Dal momento della spedizione, la consegna dell'ordine avviene in 24/48 h a seconda della zona.

Sono disponibili in pronta consegna e l'evasione dell'ordine avviene dopo 2 giorni lavorativi dal momento della sua conferma, salvo eventi di forza maggiore, quali, ad esempio, scioperi o agitazioni sindacali nella logistica, ritardi nella fornitura dei materiali, problemi tecnici al comparto produttivo et simila.
Eventuali ritardi saranno comunicati al cliente via e-mail o Whatsapp.

TEMPISTICHE DI CONSEGNA
I partner logistici di Shoes Lab Project sono:
- DHL per le spedizioni internazionali
- TNT-FEDEX/GLS per le spedizioni sul territorio italiano.
Non appena l'ordine verrà evaso, il cliente riceverà una mail/SMS/Whatsapp, alle coordinate indicate in fase di ordine, dal nostro partner logistico e/o dallo Staff di Shoes Lab Project contenente il link e il numero di tracking per il monitoraggio della spedizione.
Per le spedizioni internazionali il tempo stimato di consegna dell'ordine è di circa 48/72 ore dal momento del suo affidamento al corriere.
Per le spedizioni sul territorio italiano il tempo stimato di consegna dell'ordine è di circa 24/48 ore dal momento del suo affidamento al corriere.
Eventuali ritardi nella consegna dell'ordine, una volta evaso, non sono attribuibili a Shoes Lab Project.

The shoes are produced by us, made by Neapolitan artisans entirely in Genuine Leather.
The production of the shoes starts on the working day following the order confirmation. It takes us approximately 8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays), except for events of force majeure, such as, for example, strikes or union disputes in logistics, delays in the supply of materials, technical problems in the production sector and the like.
Any delays will be communicated to the customer via email or Whatsapp.
From the moment of shipment, the order is delivered in 24/48 hours depending on the area.
Customized models

“Outlet” Collection Models
They are available for immediate delivery and the order is processed after 2 working days from the time of its confirmation, except for events of force majeure, such as, for example, strikes or union disputes in logistics, delays in the supply of materials, technical problems in the production sector and similar.
Any delays will be communicated to the customer via email or Whatsapp.
From the time of shipment, the order is delivered in 24/48 hours depending on the area.
DELIVERY TIMES
Shoes Lab Project's logistics partners are:
DHL for international shipments
TNT-FEDEX/GLS for shipments within Italy.
As soon as the order is processed, the customer will receive an email/SMS/Whatsapp, at the coordinates indicated during the order, from our logistics partner and/or from the Shoes Lab Project Staff containing the link and tracking number to monitor the shipment.
For international shipments, the estimated delivery time of the order is approximately 48/72 hours from the moment it is entrusted to the courier.
For shipments within Italy, the estimated delivery time of the order is approximately 24/48 hours from the moment it is entrusted to the courier.
Any delays in the delivery of the order, once processed, are not attributable to Shoes Lab Project.
