The shoes are of our production, made by Neapolitan artisans entirely in genuine leather.
The production of footwear starts the next working day after the order confirmation. It takes us approximately 8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays), except for events of force majeure, such as, for example, strikes or labor disputes in logistics, delays in the supply of materials, technical problems in the production sector and the like.
Any delays will be communicated to the customer via email or Whatsapp.
From the moment of shipment, the delivery of the order takes place in 24/48 hours depending on the area.

Custom templates

It takes us approximately 12 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays), except for events of force majeure, such as, for example, strikes or labor disputes in logistics, delays in the supply of materials, technical problems in the production sector and the like.

From the moment of shipment, the delivery of the order takes place in 24/48 hours depending on the area.

“Outlet” collection models
They are available for immediate delivery and the order is processed within 2 working days of confirmation, except in the event of force majeure, such as, for example, strikes or union disputes in logistics, delays in the supply of materials, technical problems in the production sector, etc.
Any delays will be communicated to the customer via email or Whatsapp.

The logistics partners of Shoes Lab Project are:

• DHL for international shipping
• TNT-FEDEX/GLS for shipments within Italy

As soon as the order is processed, the customer will receive an email/SMS/Whatsapp, at the coordinates indicated during the order, from our logistics partner and/or from the Shoes Lab Project Staff containing the link and tracking number for monitoring the shipment.

• For international shipments, the estimated delivery time of the order is approximately 48/72 hours from the moment it is entrusted to the courier.
• For shipments within Italy, the estimated delivery time of the order is approximately 24/48 hours from the moment it is entrusted to the courier.

Any delays in delivery of the order, once processed, are not attributable to Shoes Lab Project.

The following payment methods are accepted on the website " www.shoeslabproject.com ":

• Payment in 3 installments with Klarna or Paypal
• Payment in one solution with Paypal
• Payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card
• Payment with Satispay
• Payment by Bank Transfer
• Payment with Postepay top-up (the latter to be agreed via Whatsapp )
• Cash on delivery*, in this latter case there is a supplement of €7.00 in addition to the standard shipping costs ( No longer available from 01/31/2025 ).

*The following are excluded from cash on delivery:

• Custom templates
• Models in "extra" sizes (42, 43 and 44)

Yes, the footwear is produced by us, so we are able to accommodate any particular needs such as the request to make it in a different color/material than the one proposed on the site or to make a boot with a shaft with a larger circumference.

In general, if the size is not correct or if you want another model, you can make an exchange, but the return shipping will be at your expense.
